1-Year Full Manufacturer's Warranty

Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date on products manufactured by CageCo Inc.
  • Warranty is valid only for the original owner, it is not transferable.
  • Warranty protects against defects in material and/or workmanship, and pet damage.
  • The decision for repair or replacement is solely at the discretion of CageCo Inc.
  • In order for the warranty to cover the damage it must be to the extent of rendering the product unusable.

Warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic defects

Problems resulting from external causes such as: accident, abuse, mishandling, negligence, theft, vandalism, or natural disaster

Conditions demonstrating misuse, misapplication, extreme environmental conditions, lack of compliance with assembly instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance

Removal, installation or transport costs of any product found to be defective.

Damages caused from unpacking or incorrect installation.

Instructions for placing a claim:

Contact us @ 800-605-4859 as soon as possible and we will make every effort to investigate your claim within 30 days and take appropriate action. Please have your proof of purchase ready when you contact us.
